| To manage/ troubleshoot the desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS and other small system devices present in the network.
ii) Perform and/ or overseas software and application development, installation, and upgrades.
iii) Log all the queries regarding network and software related problems.
iv) To manage/ troubleshoot the operating systems and standard office productivity suites or applications installed at client desktop or laptops. |
