(CASE NO. 15-RC / 2016) RECRUITMENT TO 02 POSTS OF ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR (MP-III NEGOTIABLE) (L&PA WING) ON         CONTRACT BASIS FOR THE PERIOD OF 02 YEARS IN THE LAW AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT.
1.         QUALIFICATIONS:
            a)         LL.M., or Bar-at-Law, or LL.B (50% marks in the aggregate), or EquivalentQualification  from a reputed University / Institution, recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and
b)         In case of LL.B., and Bar-at-Law, ten years; and, in case of LL.M., eight years (i) active practice as Advocate High Court; or (ii) experience as Judicial Officer; or (iii) experience in drafting of substantive and delegated legislation and other legal instruments in public or private sector of repute; or (iv) the aggregate of experiences at (i), (ii) and (iii); or (v) five years experience of drafting/ vetting of substantive and delegated legislation and legal instruments as Deputy Director (Legislation & Parliamentary Affairs) in the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.
            NOTE:
Preference shall be given to a person who: (a) also possesses the recognized qualification of legislative drafting; or who has at least three years practical experience of drafting/vetting of substantive and delegated  legislation and legal instruments of legislative drafting; and (b) has satisfactory knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related Computer Applications.
2.         PAY:  MP-III + Conveyance Allowance @ Rs. 10,000/- per month in lieu of the official car.
3.         AGE:  32 to 50 Years on 09-05-2016. (No relaxation in age is applicable).
4.         DOMICILE:  Punjab.
5.         GENDER:     Male, Female &Shemale.
6.         PLACE OF POSTING: Lahore.
7.         ELIGIBILITY FOR CIVIL SERVANT:
Only such civil servants are eligible who fulfill eligibility criteria mentioned in the rules i.e. they are either serving Judicial Officer or Law Officers or are engaged in the Legal Research in a Government Department or entity.
8.         SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION:
            A Written examination comprising of the following four papers will be conducted:
